I tried two other hose holders but they did not work. This one works great to keep the washer hose from slamming against the wall during spin cycles.

My new washing machine drain hose did not come with this holder. The holder fit my drain hose perfectly and helps to prevent kinking. Using the hole in the top of the holder, I used a zip tie to secure the hose in place.

It came but I needed an extra large, this one is too small for my washer drain hose

The U is too small in diameter for a regular size drain hose, and thus unusable.
