Other than 1 minor hiccup on our end, this thing is awesome! We learned real quick that you have to make sure the spout is nice and snug when installing. By doing this you won't have to deal with spillage or leakage.The filtered water is delicious and comparable to bottle water. We did a test with tap water, the filtered water and bottle water.The flow is slow when filtering but worth it! Don't hesitate buying!

I recently bought a home that has a well to supply my drinking water. I had a pitcher filter initially but it was frustrating to refill 2-3x daily for my everyday drinking water. Thankfully my son broke that pitcher and I ordered this. This works much better than the pitcher, water tastes great, no odor, crystal clear and due to its size lasts 2-3 days. Only thing I would change is I'd make the container deeper to hold more water since it leaves an area behind in the fridge that is basically inaccessible. So make it deeper so it can be pulled out slightly and refilled in the fridge to eliminate the claims of it will be too heavy. JMTC

Pitcher is great since it fits in the fridge perfectly. At first, the flow of the filter was fast and I was able to refill the water quickly and save us from this NYC heat and humidity. But soon after, it started to filter very very slowly to the point where I’d leave water in it overnight and it still didn’t completely filter through. I shook the filter as recommended to loosen it up and it worked fine after that, only to go back to being backed up the next day. So I pretty much shake the filter every time I have to refill which is annoying. Seems like other people have similar issues. All that to say - going to give it another chance with replacement filters and hoping I had a defective filter. 🤞ðŸ½

I love the convenience of this. I drink a lot of water in the desert. The taste is great and I'm glad I choose the alkaline water filter.

It’s not as big as I thought it would be but it works perfectly, the spout kinda scares me so be gentle using it but you can flip it all the way so it just continuously goes. I didn’t soak it for 10 minutes or rinse ut 2 times or clean it which i probably should have but the water tastes really good kinda like alkaline water but really good. I would wait when it’s 20% off though I wouldn’t buy it at its full price at 39$ wait until it’s 31 or cheaper, the only thing that feels cheaply made is the spigot and the bottom raised a few inches but it technically holds 40 cups but it just filters the clear bottom part , between two people though you don’t have to fill it up until the end of the day I would say if you both drink 2 liters of water

I picked this to put in my mini fridge which is, of course, smaller than your typical fridge. It fits on the top shelf of my 4.5cu.ft. Magic Chef 2-door mini fridge without much issue, with the spigot facing the door. I just have to avoid putting cans of soda in the fridge door where the dispenser is.Actual dimensions are 8.5" wide, 8.75" tall, and 12.5-12.75" long with the spigot installed.The filter does slow down a bit as it works, particularly when the water line reaches the bottom of the filter, due to air bubbles. Just fill the top chamber ~half way, lean it back, and jiggle it around to loosen up the bubbles. I can fill it from mostly-empty in ~5-10 minutes. (I fill it *100%*, both the main basin and the top basin to use all of its volume.)

I bought this over 4yrs ago and I love this system. It's the cleanest water I've ever had. Problem is, the tap spout no matter how much I clean it, doesn't fully get cleaned. (Cleaned Everytime the filter was replaced) So the longer it's in use, the dirtier it becomes.Well I tried looking on line for a replacement spout even a replacement rubber for the spout and I can't find nothing on the company's website. So now I'm forced to look for another system and one that probably doesn't have an amazing water filtration system as this.Why? Simply because this company doesn't care about it's customers after market needs. I'm not buying a new system to replace something that I could have bought a pack of and been happy doing so.Definitely not impressed.

This unit fits very well in our refrigerator. In order to fit our previous large water dispenser (Brita), we had to remove one shelf therefore diminishing the storage capacity of our refrigerator. Due to its low profile, just below the 10 inches mark we did not have to remove any shelf. We also like the long-lasting filter.
