Great Quality and above all in Customer service.I purchased this in 2023 and a little over 2 years later it started to leak a little. I called Waterdrop to see how I could change the รขโฌลOรขโฌย rings that are usually the culprit. The rep Sam said that this unit was not serviceable. Keep in mind the unit was well out of its warranty. Without hesitation Sam escalated this to Harper W. Harper and Sam were both very pleasant and professional. They offered to send me a new one. I had already ordered another brand to replace it. The new Waterdrop faucet arrive before the other brand!I will be returning the other when it arrives and will easily install the new Waterdrop unit.Great company and great customer service!!Great value and quality along with amazing service !

The faucet that came with our Aquasana AQ-5200R was never that attractive or sturdy-feeling, but it came with the filter and we didn't need to think about it. However after a bit more than a year, it started to drip so we looked for a replacement and came across this Waterdrop faucet. It matches our sink and main faucet, feels much higher quality, is pleasant to touch and use, and was logical and quick to install.

I bought it as "Used Like New" from Amazon. This is a very sturdy and heavy feeling faucet. You can tell it's high quality. Very easy to install and connect to water line. It took me less than 5 minutes to install. Very satisfied. The quick connects were missing and customer service was incredible. The company responded super fast and shipped out a new faucet! Can you believe that! I feel terrible that they had to go through all that trouble just because someone else kept the quick connects when they returned the faucet to Amazon. Folks, if you end up returning a product to Amazon, please send everything back just like you found it. These companies are barely making it these days and can't afford stuff like this. This is why inflation is getting out of control. We do it to ourselves. Anyway, I'm getting on my soap box but if this was my company, I would be upset someone kept the quick connects and cost me money.

The design, angle, lever, and look is fantastic. It's very simple and the box is well packaged. The mount for the underside is just a hand tightened plastic-type thing - it was hard for me to secure it on my counter. I went to a hardware store and got a washer and nut so I could tighten it down with a wrench. I also got a rubber washer to go on top of the counter, between the faucet and counter to prevent sink water from dripping down - the faucet has a O-ring for that, but the hole in my counter is pretty big and just barely covered by the O-ring so I felt a rubber washer on top would be better.

We use Aquasana filter system in our house for 5 years or so. The faucet that comes with the Aquasana filter is ok, not perfect. If you have a different design of your main kitchen faucet you may want to replace the Aquasana faucet right away with something different. Thankfully, the filter system comes with the standard thin PVC pipe that matches most faucets including this one.The original Aquasana faucet is pretty 'basic' to say the least. It's made of some brass alloy which turns green in a few months. I would be ok with some green, I can scrub it off once in a while, but it had another problem: the valve wears out and starts dripping after the 2nd set of filters. Aquasana does not offer replacement faucets or anything except filter cartridges, and replacing the entire system is not a solution to the problem.So I went ahead and bought this Waterdrop faucet as a replacement. It turned out to be super easy to install, I didn't use the enclosed connector though, I re-used the Aquasana plastic sealer ring and nut that was still attached to the pipe, which perfectly matched the connector thread on this faucet.Lost story short: we are happy, the water flow is great, the quality is great, stainless steel is miles better than copper or brass, no leaks, the faucet height is nearly perfect. So far (3 weeks) all is well.

Package came in good shape. But unit failed and started to drip after 4 months. You can not get a cartrage remover tool for this faucet. Faucet came in factory box well sealed. Came on time, easy to install. This faucet was hooked to a tripple filter supply so there is no dirt in it. But when it broak I heard crunching.

We installed a water distiller in our house and ran plumbing to our kitchen. This is the faucet we selected which matched our modern faucet. The quality of this filtered water faucet is excellent. It installed with only a nut under the counter and a shark bite adapter for either 3/8 or quarter inch piping. The only other expense was buying a diamond bit to drill through the quartz countertop. I was able to install this in 30 minutes. The handle is built with excellent craftsmanship and operates smoothly. Theonly improvement this company could make is รขโฌลmade in the USA.รขโฌย

Replace a chrome RO Faucet with this one. Nice looking faucet, and it don't drip! Long bottom connection stem is what I was looking for because of thick, quartz counter top, this tap fit the bill for everything. Well made, swivels nicely, and looks great!

This product was easy to install with our waterdrop filer system, but there was two issues: 1) the original waterdrop filter system wasn't available with black faucet, only stainless steel, so we had to order the black separately 2) the black faucet arriver defective (leaking at the handle). BUT the seller was very helpful and prompt with both issues, so in the end we are happy with the purchase!
