My package was stolen and customer service replaced it no problem. It works quickly but the water still tastes great. I love the glass body of the filter, its so pretty and easier to keep clean.

It's been about a month and a half since I got this filter - every time I pour from it, I smile!! Its perfect. The capacity is great, the water tastes clean, and the engineering of the thing is just gorgeous- the little trap door lid closes automatically when enough water has been added to the filter reservoir, the curve near the lip to direct any water on the lid into the hole.. it's wonderful!I love that it is glass and easy to pour from. The filtered water tastes so much better.Will be recommending this to my friends.

Simple yet elegant water pitcher that delivers tasty water. The only downside is it takes time to fill up. It’s worth the wait. 😉

I bought this to replace a Brita because I'm trying to reduce the use of plastic in food and beverage prep. I didn't expect it to work so well! The water tastes better than that from my Brita - clean and pure and vibrant.I'm more than satisfied - I'm pleasantly surprised.

Nice glass pitcher, seems to work well.The directions are terrible though does not tell you how much water you can put in it and there's no fill line indicator on it so you know how much water to put in it.And if you overfill it unfiltered water flows out of the lid.

It’s working out great! It does a good job filtering city water that I use for making my coffee and is a nice display on my counter.

Ich dachte es wäre vom deutschen Waterdrop Hersteller. Da muss ich wohl doch nochmal eine andere kaufen, denn ich wollte eine ohne Plastikfilter

I am very impressed with the Waterdrop pitcher/filter. After doing much comparison shopping and reading many reviews, this system stood out to me and I can now see why it was so highly recommended. It has quality construction, made from thick, durable plastic. I love how fast the filter works and that it lasts so long.... and the water tastes so pure. I've tried a few other highly rated systems, but they were either too expensive for me to maintain or just weren't quality products. I will be sticking with Waterdrop from now on.

I see a lot of people here saying the water quality isn't great. Maybe they got a faulty one? My experience has been perfectly clear tasteless water that is great.As somebody who drinks quite a bit the extra storage space is nice as it is always relatively cold. Great purchase for me.
