Bought this for my gopro. Used to have a plastic bulb to use around the water, but jet-skiing with it would be noisy with it flopping about in the wind. This one, pure quiet. Also easy to see if I ever do drop it in the drink.

This float can easily support the weight of a typical point-and-shoot waterproof camera. Similar floats can be found at your local dive shop, but for twice the price. Even better, the TETHYS float has no obnoxious branding (logo free); it's just the bright easy-to-see yellow as shown in the Amazon description. After diving in some mucky water there were some black, oily stains on ours, but they washed out easily. We had a nice waterproof camera before, but lost it a few feet from shore, because we were having a good time and got distracted. With this float, we never have to worry about that again.

It's comfortable in my hands, light and filed with flexible foam. But the outer cloth cover is already fraying at the connector area after a week of actual use. The quick connect is also included in the picture. For the price, it's not bad.

I have had this for some time now. I was a little nervous attaching my $1200 camera too it, but it has proven up to the task. I take it out several times a week into variable ocean conditions. It is a great colour to spot if I do drop it but so far it has remained secure on my arm. I do a 1.5Km ocean swim with this and it doesn't slip or become annoying. Also makes me easy to spot in a group, apparently. Love it.
