This is a very nice innovative Smart Remote. It connects without an issue and can be easily used even while wearing heavy motorcycle gloves. I don’t think I have ever been so impressed with earbuds that stay in place and sound great.I also want to say that this is a reputable company. I installed the Smart Remote on the right side of the motorcycle handlebars where in hindsight sight should have been on the left side. Since I used the double sided round tape that comes with the unit to apply the remote I needed another double sided piece to install it to the other side which I didn’t have so I reached out to the company to see if I could get one. I was totally shocked with my response!!! They said they were sorry for my trouble and shipped a new one out immediately which I now have. I cannot believe how this company takes care of your customers. I would've never in my life, believed that a supplier would take care of me the way that they did.It is easy to do business with suppliers like this!

I have bought so many different kinds of these. ALL I WANT IS A STEERING WHEEL REMOTE CONTROL FOR MY STEREO. That's it. That's all I want. And NONE of these things EVER WORK right. The last one I had, the volume buttons wouldn't do anything. This one, the volume buttons don't do anything. I even bought a set of buttons that use radio frequency to a box that you wire into the Key wire on the stereo head unit's harness. That one didn't work either. lol.And just to be clear, this particular remote is connected to my S24 Ultra via bluetooth. The mute, forward, and backward buttons work. The Volume buttons do not. And that's IF it connects to the phone, which it doesn't half of the time. It will also cut connection and just stop working after pushing the forward and back buttons to go through music tracks.

Initially, this product was great.Easy setup, worked as described.Then one day randomly it j just would not connect anymore. The blue light still blinks as if it were pairing, so it's not a battery issue. And it shows up on Bluetooth list on my phone. But will no longer connect. I tried unpairing and re-pairing, but does not work.
