It took some looking. I couldn't find one of these locally, at HD, Lowes, Ace, etc. Staff weren't helpful. Being that this is Maine and these are required safety devices for hydronic heating systems, I can't understand why they aren't being carried. Most people assumed I was looking for a TPR for a domestic hot water heater. No.Anyway, I found this on Amazon for a decent price, it was delivered quickly, it installed easily, and is performing perfectly.

This was exact replacement part for my forced hot water gas furnace. I think the part was 70 years old?! It was original I believe. If it lasts another 40 Yrs then it will out last me.Not cheap but OEM replacement was critical so it saved me having to do much more work. YMMV.

This is the identical relief valve that I put in 6 years ago onto our furnace. The inside rubber gasket starts deteriorating which then causes the valve to leak.
