I bought 2 of these for a summer beach vacation in California (age range 7-14). The kids loved them and they held up well for multiple days at the beach with nonstop use. Cheaper than renting the ones from a vendor with the same quality.

I'm a surfer, and I've rode my share of body boards. For the money, this a solid choice. Please don't buy your kid one of those styrofoam boards wrapped in a thin mesh. Those go straight to the landfill after a single use. Get this Wavestorm for your budding water buddy instead. It will last, and build their love of riding waves.

Wow! These worked like champs on our recent trip to Orange Beach. I bought 4 of them for my kids for our vacation. They were used daily for multiple hours per day in rough surf. They all held up like champs. No nicks or cuts or damage, and my kids and I rode waves better than the others around us. I'm a 200lb guy, and even I was able to ride waves with ease on these boards. I think the super slick belly helped. They also have some very convenient grooves cut into the front that make gripping the board easy and solid. They were a little pricey compared to others, but the value is definitely there. We brought all 4 home and stored them for hopefully fun use in the future.

This bodyboard held up 100% over the last 3 days as we used it as a sled in Charleston SC. ALL the other brand boards we had were all torn up by day 2. I will be buying more of this brand for the ocean and future unforeseen snow storms!!

This board arrived well packaged and is a beauty to look at. It's lightweight, super smooth and designed as described which I hope will ride well in the surf. The tether looks good and isn't one of those spirally phone cord types that I don't like. I can't write about speed or maneuverability until beach time comes around again, but I'm sure my grandson is going to love it. He's graduating from a trainee to going on his own this year with his own board.

This was great for amateurs in the waves an the Atlantic Ocean. My kids really enjoyed using it. They were able to catch the waves pretty well and ride them to shore.
