I used these to connect a camper shell center brake light to the pickup truck wiring harness. This connector will allow me to remove the camper shell with a simple disconnect. Looks like it will work fine.

Bought these for 12v connections to my fish bait tanks. I needed a water proof corrosion resistant connection and these seem to do the job. Haven’t had them long enough to see a true durability but time will tell.

Solid product. Would seem likely it will live up to the ‘waterproofness’ advertised: very tight fit. Would be nice if the lines were a little longer for soldering purposes.Update: Finally put one to use. Not a trivial application wiring a GPS unit to a snowmobile. Several solder connections, etc. to complete the job, including getting power from a toughly placed solonoid. Got it all hooked together and the plastic latch on the connector broke. Would be a royal pain to replace to put it mildly: it's on the solonoid end of course. To be fair, I'd probably clipped it four to five times while testing various wiring options but ... Rating should be between 2 and 3 stars probably.
