Material is very thin and bends easily. I purchased these to support thin wall PVC drain piping for a dust collection system and it couldn’t hold the pipe on edge without distorting. If used overhead they would probably do better as the weight of pipe is evening supported over the 2 screws. At the end of the day they are inexpensive and perform similar to strapping material, I guess you get what you pay for…
