The product arrive just before the holidays and was easy to install in about 30 minutes. Worked and was packaged well to prevent damage to the delicate igniter.

After 5 years of use our oven went out. We discovered the igniter burned out. Having the experience and skills to replace it we ordered from your company a replacement. Within 2 weeks of installing the igniter it went out Unbeknownst to us. we ordered another part the controller which was $210 only to find that it was not necessary.. we finally called out a repair company and he said the replacement igniter was the problem. He suggested that we only order igniters from the manufacturer. That repair worked at a cost of $250. I would never purchase this product again and as a show of good faith would appreciate a refund.

So far, so good. I wish I would have taken a picture of the ignitor that went bad. Hands down, that ignitor failed early because of fingerprints that caused hot spots. I say this too, because it is EXTREMELY important to keep the unit spotless. Easily done with a napkin or gloves of course. Needed to use the ceramic wire nuts to splice the existing plug, and they were really nice, easy to use. Part has a couple configurations to mount the ignitor, too.Just treat it like a Fabergé Egg and your time to install, all but maybe 30-45 mins, will be well worth it, and the 100's saved from DIY'n is a huge bonus too!
