So my dishwasher is less than 4 years old and I pulled out the top rack the other day and one of the slide wheels snapped off. When I took a closer look a second one was just about to go. The manufacturer has attached the wheels with thin plastic axles that had deteriorated to the point of being brittle. I'm so thankful that it broke when it did, instead of waiting until I had the whole top rack filled with glass and ceramic glasses, bowls and mugs.This kit was a bit confusing to install. The instructions were useless. Honestly they looked like a copy, of a copy... 100 times over. The printing was near unintelligible and the pictures were so fuzzy and out of focus you couldn't tell what you were looking at.With a little patience and a bit of deduction I got the kit installed. Far superior to the flimsy plastic the manufacturer used this kit is made of stainless steel and plastic. The quality and fit are excellent. Even though the instructions were horrible I still gave it 5 stars because of the quality of the product. Great price, excellent quality and fit perfectly. Highly recommend. Just be patient, take your time and you'll be happy to.

Our dishwasher top rack broke so we needed a fix and Im all about doing it myself. Soooo, a quick little youtube and amazon search later. I ended up with this. It is so sturdy. The rack slides in and out so smoothly and is so nice to have working again. I was super nervous about installation, but it was sooooo easy. If I can do it, you can. And this piece is a quality upgrade.

Study this on Youtube before you start. The pictures on the directions are terrible.The product was easy to install and works well!I would have given it a 5 Star rating if I could have understood the pics!!!

Product was a replacement for my Whirlpool dishwasher. They fit fine, but the plastic parts look as if they may only last a few years like the originals. There were no instructions! Just a bunch of parts dropped in a bag! You can find videos on YouTube. Very easy to install.

I'm too lazy to take pictures of this. But I did this myself in about 1/2 hour. I took the advice of many reviews and found a very helpful YouTube video to help me with the disassembly of the old parts as well as installing new parts. This retrofit works really well and my dishwasher top rack is way more stable. My only disappointment is the new parts took away some space along the sides and the top rack doesn't slide out as far as it did before. Maybe it was broken when I bought this house and I didn’t realize it until the top rack dropped down. Great price onthis repair kit.

This worked perfectly to replace the broken piece of the upper rack in my dishwasher. Installation took about 30 minutes and was fairly easy.

As cheap as the part was, I expected it to be a piece of junk that doesn't fit well or doesn't fit at all. But after I got it put on, it fits great and works like it should.Hardest part was finding my dishwashers model number to make sure the part fits before I ordered it.My only complaint is that they don't supply instructions to help you install the new part. You just have to figure it out.Overall very happy. Dishwasher is back up and running.
