These are smooth and warm in the hands. Fuzzy yarn I was using slid right across with no snags. Great quality.

I only gave these needles one star, because I had to! Those are the absolute most horrible needles I ever purchased, and I was unable to even knit one row with them. Right out of the package I noticed how incredibly cheap & poorly they are made. The metal joint, connecting the needle part with the cord is dirty and primitively made. The entire needles , including joint, cord and wooden part is covered in some type of slimy, sticky substance almost like glue. I tried to wipe it off, but it's useless. Due to the stickyness & the poorly made joint, it's not possible to knit with those needles since the yarn as well as my hands get as sticky as the needles are. Addtionally, due the metal joint being so poorly made & the glue like substance that covers everything , the yarn is getting stuck and snagged at the joint and can't be moved forward. I was unable to knit even one row. Save your money, these needles are nto worth it.

I’ve been a knitter for decades and am very particular about the quality of my wooden needles and have paid a lot. Somehow I lost this size and took a chance ordering this brand since I couldn’t get to my yarn shop. I really didn’t expect to be pleased but they a fabulous. The smoothness of the wood and the relaxed cord won me over. A quality bargain.

I prefer wood over metal needles so I really like using these. Rating them a 4 because the first time I used them the wood separated from the cord and the yarn wouldn't slide smoothly anymore. I ended up putting some tape on it because I'm not in the mood to return them. I also wish the US size was on them. Still, I'd recommend them.
