I see a lot of people complain about the clips however they work perfectly. They’re tight and strong and it just takes a real strong thumb to push it so my advice is have somebody else hold the hood down for you just enough so you can push the base of the clip in real hard and then press the center in where they go. They are solid on there. Love it

We really like the Weathertech Stone and Bug Deflector for our new truck. It looks great and fits like a glove. The only issue we had was with the installation. The instructions provided are great, but we could not get the pins you attach to your hood to work, we called Weathertech who sent us another set thinking the wrong size was originally included. When they arrived, they were the same item, we attempted to install it again with same results, the pins were big and did not fit in the holes. Finally we took to a mechanic who managed to get it installed.

Fit my truck, instructions were fairly easy. I put speed bumps/ cushions on the deflector not my truck.

It's only as good as it's fasteners and OMG these plastic fastener screw anchors are horrible! I can see why someone might get pissed and want a refund. Luckily I had some hardware and anchors that tightened it way better than those plastic things that were provided!! Change your hardware and you're getting 5 stars from me. Great look though! I will say that.

Fit is exactly what you’d expect. Weathertech precision. On my ‘21 and ‘23 Ram 1500 DT’s the installation is done using plastic push rivet type fasteners. They supply what you need. It slips under the weatherstrip already installed on the hood after you remove specifically located OEM fasteners. You do have to push the weatherstrip and deflector very tight against the hood while installing the fasteners. For that reason I believe a step-stool and a second set of hands would be helpful. Alone I was able to complete install in about 15 minutes, but I fought with a couple fasteners. The look is fantastic, and it will protect the leading nose of the hood, but not the hood surface which sits considerably higher than the deflector. I also like that I can remove it, clean salt and dirt out, and reinstall it unlike versions that use double stick tape. I have never had a problem with Weathertech products and I certainly can recommend this item.

Purchased product based on Amazon web page saying it will fit my 2023 ram 1500 classic, but it doesn't. I sent pictures showing them it doesn't fit , but they still not covering return postage, when it's clearly their fault by missleading info, pretty poor customer service. I am surprised, I have had good service till now, and spending $1000's yearly. What is even more concerning is other reviews , saying the same thing, indicating to me they are not fixing the problem.
