I bought this so my webcam can be set to an appropriate height for my online proctor to view me and my desk (WGU, anyone?).It's a very solid piece of hardware that is perfect for the task, and if you're a bit OCD like I am it you'll appreciate the clean, straight neck instead of a bendy, flexible gooseneck. I've seen reviews where the base was chipped from being loose in the box with the other parts: while I thought things were packed loosely, I didn't have any damage but I can see how this could happen. It adjusts like it's supposed to, it doesn't feel cheap or flimsy, and the attachments are all nicely made. It works perfectly for my Logitech hd 1080p webcam which screws directly to the mount and has its own adjustment mechanism. The extra attachments appear to allow me to attach any other webcam or phone.

This stand is really well-designed and provides a stable platform for a web camera, cellphone, or lighting device. It has any adjustment needed to record from a wide range of angles and heights, and is quite versatile in a home webcasting studio. My only gig is that assembly instructions were not included. But, the video on the product posting pretty much demonstrated setup - and, at the end of the day, it’s really not that complicated. Recommended.

This stand comes in very hand to take photos of testing candidates. Makes it easy and looks professional.

Well made. Solid base. Does not tip over or shake when I am on a call. Adjustable to just the right height for video calls.

Two separate shipments with damaged (chipped) bases. I assumed the first one was used because the brass ring on the stand was also chipped.These parts are either knowingly shipped this way by the supplier or it is being caused by the loosely contained packaging where all the parts slide around in the box. Either way, it is unacceptable. I cannot recommend this product due to poor finish and quality.

I use it for both my Logitech webcam and phone on my desk. It makes video calls and remote meetings much easier.My favorite feature is its adjustable height, which ranges from 12 to 30 inches. This flexibility allows me to position the camera at the proper level, whether I’m sitting or standing at my desk. I have it positioned behind my laptop with the camera above the top of my screen. The flat base diameter is 6 inches, providing a sturdy foundation that keeps everything stable, even during lively video calls.The 1/4"-20 threaded compatibility means it fits my Logitech webcam and other cameras. Assembly was straightforward.CON: Only works on flat surfaces.

I wanted this to use with my iPhone 14 Pro Max but didn't need/want a full tripod setup. This holder comes with all the pieces necessary for the task. Easy disassembly makes it easy to travel with. The only downside - which is not a requirement for me - is that the swivel part will not face downwards. But that's clearly revealed in the product details here. For instance, if you wanted to record some activity on a desk you can't. However, the base is heavy and steady enough that you can place something under one edge to accomplish that task.
