Beautiful heavy duty handles. I love them. I might have considered a similar handle except that this brand was larger. Like large man hand size large. Similar handles were more like smaller kitchen cabinet or door handles and while those might be nice for an indoor project; I needed these for a large heavy duty outdoor bench. Since the bench may need moving every once in awhile and would require 2 people to move it, I also needed something that an XXL size man hand could slip through and grasp rather than a "dainty little Barbie handle he couldn't squeeze more than 3 fingers through", lol. And yes, I do have "dainty little Barbie hands" (XS), so this has always been an issue.These handles are large, heavy duty and heavy. They also have a slight hammered look and feel. I can also slip nearly 1-1/2 of my hands through the handle, while he can slip his entire meaty paw through WITHOUT scraping his knuckles. I love them. He appreciates them.

These are exactly what I wanted for our small vintage barn! There may have been handles on the door at one point, but when we bought the place there was only a latch on the door. These are perfect, rustic looking yet completely smooth to your hand. Highly recommend!

Just what I needed to steady me and give me a slight boost up the bothersome step from my garage into the house. There were no studs where I needed a grab bar, but the four screws that come with each handle have held up nicely inserted into the plain drywall. (I'm a 128 lb. little old lady, tugging gently on the handle; not sure a 200 lb. person yanking on it would be safe unless the handle is anchored in a stud.) It's very attractive, and I'm going to install several more in other areas. I had one outside, and it did rust very slightly, but its rusty "rustic" look actually is attractive.

These work great. They are not perfectly smooth though the screw holes but isn’t wasn’t an issue. Mine are mounted outside on my gates.

We have a gate on our deck to enable us to keep the dog on the deck when needed and these handles are helpful because it makes opening and closing faster and no risk of splinters.
