I purchased this for my off grid cabin. It took me from SOS / 1 weak LTE bar up to 2 or 3 5G bars on all of our ATT devices.The installed this on a extension flag pole up to 20ft. I moved it around four so times to test for the best signal. It suggested using an app to help find the towers, but the apps didn't work in my area.This was not hard to do and didn't take more than a few minutes to move, test, move test, etc.I was a bit skeptical that it would work, but I was wrong. Works great for us.The only thing I'll say is that the booster does get warm - maybe even slightly hot to the touch. We don't leaves our plugged in all of the time. We run off either a propane generator or a battery back up power - I don't know if that has anything to do with it. It's probably fine, I'm just a bit cautious with things like these.

We get poor quality cell service in our rural location and could barely stream videos or zoom calls. Also have to rely on cell service for internet. This booster changed all that so that internet service actually works. Definitely worth buying

By the time I researched where to mount the outside antenna, Mount and run cables, configure inside revived adequately, then set up phone with provider, and finally keep moving around to find best signal- it didn't boost my signal at all. To make matters worse when I tried every configuration and realized it was not a good solution it was too late to return it. Very disappointed. I had poor reception to begin with, hence the need to purchase, but it wasn't until I read through troubke shooting at the back of the instructions that I saw the trud about starting signal strength versus boosted signal strength .. Apparently my lack of original signal equates to ZERO boosted signal. I wish I would have known that BEFORE purchase. This was for my job and I would not feel comfortable recommending this product

Note: I won't have a ladder to instal this onto my roof until this weekend, but I mounted the antenna on the end of an extendable pole for window washing, raised it up about 20 feet, and stood it in the center of our patio table where the umbrella would usually go. I then directed the antenna as per instruction, then connected the cables and turned it on.Before connecting status: residential home, TMobile with sometimes half a bar. Dropped calls, unreliable texting,Once connected to weBoost: Instant 5 bars in the room that we set it up for. All texts and images delivered instantly. Clear phone service, snappy internet. Standing 20 feet away from target room, still getting 4 bars. Finally, something that actually does what it says it can do. Absolutely ecstatic.Will update this once I attach to the roof "permanently".

I never could get this to work properly. Multiple people tried. No improvement in cell reception. Stuck with 2 bars.

Only went from one bar to two sometimes three . I think it costs too much and should have tried the $159 conventional style . It is doing the job barely

I just installed this WeBoost in our house. We have never had cell phone signal in our house. On our deck, the highest signal I could find was 3 bars of 3G on the Verizon network. I located the WeBoost antenna where the strongest signal was found using the bars on my phone. Once the location was found, I adjusted the orientation of the antenna as well as the direction it was pointed and ran speed tests. I found that the antenna on it’s side was the fastest data rate so I mounted it as such. The WeBoost was easy to install with basically a drill and bits. Now I have 3-4 LTE bars inside the house. I purchased a refurbished unit and it was a great value for the money!!
