When I received my order, one of the four plates was broken. I contacted customer service and got a response within that same day. I was told I would get a replacement set for the inconvenience. It took a couple days to receive replacement. I only needed one plate replaced but they chose to send me a whole new set. I appreciate their great customer service. The plates feel sturdy but I feel they could easily shatter if you are not careful.

I contacted customer service, they responded within a few hours, and I had a replacement set of plates on my doorstep the next day. Plates are easy to clean, but they are fragile if you drop them on the floor. Great alternative to plastic.

We preferred to use the plastic/silicon plates but they kept smelling like dish soap so we switched over to these. These were functional for my kids and I like that they felt clean after washing. Missing a star because they do break if dropped accidentally off the table.

I initially thought these were great since they aren’t plastic but they break so easily. I’ve had them for a month and I’m down to 1 good one and 1 cracked one. Now I have to buy new plates which is annoying

Love the feel and the heaviness of the plate but after my toddler knocked it off the high chair, it broke. Dish washer safe but not microwavable.I thought with it having bamboo in it, it would be more durable.

I liked that these plates were made of a safe material. The light-colored ones do stain and all will crack or break if dropped on a hard kitchen floor. The little corners can be hard to hand wash, but despite all that, I like these plates and purchased more when ours did break.
