These foam inserts for my cup turner worked beautifully. I do a lot of wine glasses and the inserts that came with the turner were stiff and would not hold my glasses on the turner even they gave me multiple sizes. These conform to the size of my glass and hold them on. My only complaint is I wish they were a different color so I could see what I am putting on better. But that is an easy fix, I just wrap a paper towel which also gives a double benefit of keeping the resin off the foam - win win.

After trying so many different tumbler inserts, and so many disappointments, I only use these now. I’ve used them for a few years now and have only recently needed to purchase more. I’m not very gentle with them and yet they still serve me well.

I am a little disappointed in these. They work, and if you order them you aren't getting ripped off or anything. If I was new to these, and had not experienced anything else, I wouldn't know they aren't quite 5 stars.I have been turning for a few years now, and my others were breaking down a little bit, and there have been, let's say mishaps, lol, so hopped on ordered these. They came flattened, (vac packed) which surprised me, but hey, save space etc. cool. It was about a week before I tried to use them. They aren't firm enough, any cup with even a little weight to it, I am talking a 20oz standard tumbler, I had to lift the front end of my turner to compensate for the dip. Ruined, well not ruined, but definitely some frustration a couple of projects. They are great for stemless wine glasses, so I will stick to only using them for those, but I already have one that tore on the turner (at the end) so, I won't be buying these from this vendor again. I am not going to return, them, it is not worth the hassle. So, if you are just starting out, and looking for an inexpensive start up option, or you are only going to be doing smaller projects like jars and stemless glasses, this will do you fine, and will be easy on your budget. There are other tricks to firming them up as well. They shipped as expected, I can't talk about customer service, as I have not reached out to them. My issue with them isn't all that, this like anything, is just my personal experience, and opinion. Happy Turning!

I like the foam inserts just have to buy a decent machine to use with them.

These were critical when I used them on a tumbler spinner. There are varying sides, so they fit all my tumblers. They are also soft and do not damage the inside of the tumbler.

I was upset when I got these because they where shipped in a air sealed bag and when I took them out the where not usable, after several ours letting them sit on my desk they startet to form better and a couple of days later they where perfect I didn’t need to use them at the time I ordered them so thats why I left them sitting for a couple of days. So i recommend to the seller don’t air tight them in a package ;)
