This vest is EXACTLY what I’ve been looking for to enhance my workouts and runs. The weight is even, and accurate. The best fits nicely around the chest area and I love that I can tighten it. I highly recommend this vest as I can literally just do squats in it, pushups, sit ups, planks, all with added weight that is on the body with no extra hassle…. That is all without mentioning being able to run in it along with it having small reflective bits on the front ! A must have for sure!

Surprisingly comfortable. It moves well with my body, and it almost has a calming effect similar to a weighted blanket. I read a suggestion that said to go with 5-10% of your body weight so that's what I did and it feels very comfortable. That being said, it has a lingering odor (sort of like rubber) that just won't go away. I've had it airing out for over two weeks now and it is still present.

I've been wanting a weighted vest for a while but never pulled the trigger. I ended up going with the 20 pound vest and I love itt! The fit is snug yet comfortable, and the adjustable straps make it easy to customize. The weight is evenly distributed, so it doesn’t feel bulky or awkward during workouts. Perfect for walking, running, and strength training. The only thing I would change is I wish there was a strap towards the bottom of the vest to keep it from bouncing if you go running with it on. Overall great quality and worth every penny!

This is a very comfortable weight vest for women, as it sits above the chest rather than across it. The strap across the top is a strong adjustable vinyl with plastic buckle that will accommodate S-XL sizes. The front and back weighted bags are connected and sewn together with elastic under the arm holes. This is a nice feature because my other weight vests have buckle straps in this area. The straps dangle and get in the way when I walk. Not the case with this WIN4ALL vest. I tested the weight on 2 different scales: one said 15.8 lbs., the other read 16.2 lbs. Thus, the 16 lb. vest is truly 16 lbs. Price wise, it’s a bit more expensive than other weighted vests but worth it.

This weight is a surprisingly good build and makes working out easier for adding a little extra weight… fit well the structure of it is solid and the value is great. I wanted to add more weight to my walks without holding weights so this is perfect!
