I've been trying to pump up my walking workouts to burn more calories and feel like I've really "worked out". I have intermintent back issues so I am careful about impact and what I do. A friend suggested this vest and it has really made a great difference. I can feel that my workout is a bit more challenging. It is noticible but not too heavy. I started out wearing it for short periods of time and now I wear it most times when I walk. It's very comfortable and there is no pinching. Price was good as well. Glad I purchased it.

This a great weighted vest! Very comfortable to wear and very easy to put on. I love the pocket in front to put my phone in! I bought the 10 pound weight and the weight is so well distributed that I can barely tell I have it on. Definitely recommend!

Fairly priced. This is my first weighted vest, so I don’t know if this is normal or not, but the part that sits over your shoulder isn’t padded. It’s not THAT big of a deal, but I’d almost pay $10 more for that padding to be there.

Much more comfortable than I imagined it would be, after I buckle it I hardly know it's there. Love the attachable pouch for my phone so I can remain hands free. I thought the 16lbs might be a little much for me starting out but I'm loving it! Do it! Get the vest 🥳🙌ðŸ½

This vest is great. I wear it to make my own calling pad walk more calorie-burning, and it definitely helps keep my heart rate up. It has also helped with my upper back pain!
