There’s a flap on the back where you can adjust the included iron-sand weights—either lighten the load or move some to the front for better balance. It’s not overly heavy at first, but after some time, you’ll definitely feel the extra burn—which is exactly what I was looking for.

I'm relatively new to weighted vests. I've tried a few and this one has a lot that I like. It pulls on over head instead of like a jacket. It's very customizable with the small removable weight packs. The weight pockets are evenly distributed in front and back and are easy to access. The fit is not restricting The X shape allows room in the front without being too compressed. The straps are adjustable and it's overall very comfortable to wear. I don't love the big logo front & center but otherwise I'm a fan.

I got this for myself and my wife to use. I wanted something that allowed me to adjust the amount of weight. This fit the bill. I believe the vest itself weighs approximately 4 pounds and you can then add 1-6 additional one pound weights. The weight pack can easily be slipped on and easily secured with the side straps. The straps are reflective which is what you want in a vest like this. I liked the fact that it also included two pockets of varying sizes for keys, phone and your typical accessories. The vest is padded in all the right areas for comfort during wear. Overall, I am happy with this vest and the fact that it is easily shareable (because of the adjustability) between my wife and myself.

I appreciate the vest and it being accurate to add ten pounds to my walks and workouts. It’s comfortable enough to wear and I like that it has a few pockets and reflective strips. I wouldn’t run in this as it’s not tight enough to my body and would move around too much. I’ve seen other vests that fit a bit more like a jacket you put in instead of a sweater you put over you and that design seams to fit more snuggly. Otherwise, it does what it says and adds the extra weight as needed.

This Yxflz weighted Vest is exactly what I wanted. It’s so comfortable, and it’s adjustable to fit whatever size you need it to be, with the adjustable side straps. There are buckles on both side straps to hold it on. The material of the vest is very comfortable on the skin. The little weight bags can be removed to adjust the weight, to what you need it to be.The vest has reflective strips on the front and back, so you can easily be seen at night. It’s got pockets for personal belongings as well. I ordered the 4 a 10 pound vest and it’s perfect. I highly recommend this comfortable weighted vest.

Absolutely love this. Easy to wear. Very effective when you go for walks. It is heavy, but not overly heavy your workouts. Easy to wear and very comfortable. It is stretchy if you need it. The fit is better than expected
