Non flashing, biodegradable, paintable and non-toxic. The accumulation of spatter on nozzles and tips can lead to poor gas coverage resulting in poor welds. Preventing spatter build-up will increase weld quality and reduce costly downtime. 1 quart can.

Performs exactly as described. Very little build up of spatter, if at all and it just just wipes away. The huge 1 quart tub is going to last me a long time.

Works Just as Described. I have done several welding jobs and my welder Nozzle is super clean.No Spatter either. I just dip the nozzle about 1/2" into the gel and I am good for the job.Very Satisfied.

This gel type dip is new to me, but I ordered it anyway. It works very well, keeping the nozzle and contact tip essentially spatter free in most positions. It is thinner than most other "tip dip" types, which seem greasier to me. It will not get permanent tip marks in the surface, rather it fills in to create a new flat dipping surface, which is nice. Also, it is mostly clear so you can see to the bottom of the can, which is pretty cool if nothing else. It comes in a metal paint can which is more durable than the plastic variety, and spatter resistant. I give it 4 stars because it can drip from the nozzle and create a flaming pool in your face (well, in your helmet, but still), but it might be my overuse causing this, and it's a minor complaint. Excellent overall product.

First time in my 50+ years of autobody, restoration and refinishing and frame building that I used a spatter dip. I thought it would be too thick seems to be working great.

Works as advertised. Used the welder for a while and after each use I just wiped off the splatter with a rag and the nozzle and tip looked like new. ðŸ‘

Definitely does what it's supposed to do, looks runny and has a dish soap consistency but it sure keeps everything clean and spatter free. I use it after a few good runs when everything gets nice and hot and continue dipping it every few stringers. Definitely recommend, especially for the price. Its a huge container that will Definitely last a while!Look at the picture. I'm 6' 4" with huge hands so look at the picture for size reference

The product is great but when I got the container the cover was not tight, and being in a hot mail truck all day the gel melted to a slimy mess and had leaked all over. The mail carrier had put it in a plastic bag. If the Cover on the container was Closed completely and secured with tape that would have prevented the big mess and me loosing a forth of the product.
