What ever you call these things. They work great. I use them for my airbrushes. For cleaning. The tip on these things is sturdy cotton. They soak up good and clean good.

I would rate these higher if they were a bit more dense. But are definitely better than cotton swabs for pre cleaning watch parts.

I thought I was a genius finding these fiber free swabs to use in nail painting. Better than cotton swabs as it wouldn’t leave little cotton fibers, right? Well…yes, but: for this size I have to use 3-4 swabs to clean what one side of the cotton swab used to handle. This is mostly due to the sponge not holding the acetone well and them being so small.They’re good quality! Just not what I’m looking for and I’m using them “off label†so that’s fine. I might try a bigger size to see if those work better.I did use them to clean my AirPods Pro case and did love them for that!

These are great not only for cleaning electronic parts, but also for cleaning anything with small ridges or edges. Their foam composition doesn't leave fibers, and their small size makes them handy to put in a small container (I used a cotton swab travel box.) and take anywhere. I use them with everything from manicures to garden tools to electronics!

I wanted to add to my gun cleaning kit but because there is no case that I coy out in the kit I think they will be dirty and muttelated by the time I go to get one! No case was a deal breaker for me!
