Had to return the first freezer. Lid issue, bent hinges and loud. Took a chance on reorder and arrived perfect. Quiet and holds temp within a couple degrees. No other damage. Love the size for home freezer. Good price. Would buy again!

Compressor a little loud. I bought the 4 basket package to go with the freezer. A must for accessing what you store in the freezer. Meets my needs so far. Good value for the price.

Interior is bigger than I expected.Runs very quietly.I occasionally have to scrape frost on the sides, they provide a plastic scraper, but is not a big deal.Arrived in perfect condition.

I believe that the freezer itself is good. But sadly the condition it arrived in was not acceptable. This was a gift for my son and daughter in law so I cannot provide pics but I did see the damage when I visited their home. I noticed that there has been several reviews stating the same issues with dents in various places. Returning the product is too much of a hassle since the it works fine. But arriving with dents is unacceptable and I think that you should strive to do better. So disappointed!

I'm not sure if this came this way from the manufacturer, or if this was an Amazon shipping problem, but there are dents on the outside as well as on the inside (which is odd). That's what makes me think it came this way from the vendor. Overall, the freezer itself does a good job, and keeps things frozen, and the basket inside is nice to put smaller items in. Another issue I'm having is the door is off centered due to whoever caused all the dents, and I don't think the door seals quite well on the right side, because that side is building up a lot of frost along the door seal, where as the other side does not. So, I'm thinking there is an air gap between the door seal and main edge of the freezer.Overall, if it wasn't beat up so badly, I'd rate it higher as it seems to keep things very frozen very well. But based on what I received, I'm not sure I can recommend it any higher than 3 stars.

First off, we received next day delivery...on a Sunday. Because we have Prime delivery was free. The delivery ladies were very nice and professional. Product was in perfect condition. Not even a scratch. Love the size. It fits next to our stand up freezer. Looks very nice. This freezer works really well. Everything we put in is frozen. Didn't think there would be so much space so I guess I have to go grocery shopping. What is really nice is this freezer can also be used as a refrigerator. Highly recommend.
