This belt is the perfect fit for the Raymarine st4000 Mark 1 black. If you're working on this unit you know how challenging it can be to find parts or information. I've had the wrong belt worn out belt and other miscellaneous issues with this autohelm. With this belt I was able to make the adjustments I needed to engage gearing to drive the motor and disengage so I can free will it by hand.

This was a perfect fit on my ST4000 autopilot with black housing. I was a little worried because my unit was so old, I couldn't tell if it was "faded" black or gray. Turns out it was just faded black. Just took the wheel off the pedestal, pulled off the back of the cover (with the motor) and unscrewed the cover. Put on the belt and bam! My boat that hasn't been sailed in 10 years was operating on autopilot.

These belts fit perfectly and have been working well after we burnt out a few other belts that were not a perfect match for our Autohelm 3000 auto-pilot. So, so far so good. We are very pleased with the purchase and bought two for back ups.
