This blanket looks marvelous. The color is beautiful, it’s not too thick, it’s made very well. It is easy to use and I enjoy the fact that it is easy to turn on and off and has varied lengths of time that can be set and then it shuts off automatically. It functions perfectly. It was on sale and the sale price was perfect for me.

This blanket is so soft and cozy! I like the number of heat settings, as well as the ability to set a timer so I don't have to worry about forgetting to turn it off. The washing instructions are tricky; my washing machine doesn't have the type of settings it requires. I had to use a timer and keep an eye on it. After washing I dried it in the dryer; there was very little lint in the trap, which I was very impressed with. I hate being cold at night, but with this blanket I'm able to turn the thermostat down and don't even notice. I stayed warm even though temps have been in the low teens at night lately.

Omg, this is my go to! I've had it a year and I actually got a grey throw one also. This one is more sherpa style and very thick and warmer. Me and my 2 kids fit under this blanket and it covers my queen size bed very well. The switch plugs in & out easy so you can wash it but it doesn't just drop out of the blanket- it hooks in there well. You can control the level of heat, and this one gets very hot fast. There is. Timer of up to 10 hours also if you sleep with it. I sleep with it and keep on on my couch so I'm not unplugging it all the time. I'd actually like another one to keep in the car for when I'm at someone's house as always cold.

Update. I've been using this for a week now, and I really like the remote settings. They work great. Still enjoying the rich tan color; it looks really nice on the couch. The feel of the flannel side is wonderfully soft.I have decided I do not care for feel or look of the Sherpa fabric. So many throws come with that now so I decided to give it a try, but I would have preferred the flannel (and tan color) on both sides. That said, I still like this enough to keep it and have ordered a twin sheet to use under the throw.

With fall on the horizon and nighttime temps dropping here in the northeast to lower 40s and 50s °F, I decided it was time to purchase my FIRST heating blanket. After much back n forth on research, I decided I found a winner in this one, based on reviews from various media platforms. I chose the queen size, light grey to compliment my recently painted black accent wall. The packaged arrived in its manufacturing box and was slightly opened at the top, but the taped seal and contents appeared uncompromised. I detected no odors; it was folded perfectly and included an instruction pamphlet. There is a huge tag on the blanket, which is an eyesore, and I ended up carefully cutting that off. The blanket is ultra soft and has a luxurious feel. I don't have an outlet where my bed is situated, so I opted instead to use a 14-gauge high end extension with a breaker built to detect any electrical shorts. The blanket heats up very quickly (6 setting) and I preset the timer to 8hrs. 30 minutes in I reduced the heat to a 1 setting and off to sleep I went. The heat was evenly distributed on both sides, and the blanket stayed in place all throughout the night. I must add that I'm using this on top of another super lightweight blanket, because I don't want to have to wash this every week like I normally do my beddings. I'm willing to bet that some of the reviews on electric blankets not lasting long, have to do with washing them too often. Use them on top of your existing bedding and problem solved. I'll update this review over time, but as of right now, my first night was an overwhelmingly positive experience. I'm planning on getting an electrician to install an outlet by my bedside, although I know the 14-gauge extension is plenty safe, I'm always most comfortable with direct plug in to the outlet...as also specified by the manufacturer. This could be a game changer for me throughout the winter, as the electric and gas bill has been skyrocketing here in the northeast. I sleep well throughout the night and usually would get up only to turn up the heat a little. If this works out, no more getting interrupted sleep, reduced electrical and gas bills. Last night was the beginning, I slept 7.5hrs straight, woke up refreshed and rejuvenated. I doubled checked that the controllers were off, and they had turned off automatically with the scheduled timer. I unplugged the electrical cords and I'm looking forward to another great night.P.S. it is the perfect size, soft and warm. Instructions are easy to follow. I have not washed it yet so I don't know how it will hold up being washed. It is a nice heated throw blanket

This blanket is exceptional. Heats quickly, has a timer function, has dual controls & is machine washable. Couldn’t ask for anything more.

I definitely love how it looks, but it doesn’t get as warm as I wish it would. It goes up to the max of level six. Which is a very random number. But it doesn’t get that warm. I have an electrical heating pad that gets really hot! And I was hoping this blanket would get to the same warmth level.
