My sweetie pie bought this for me as a couch throw because I’m a girl so I like to be abnormally warm. It is super soft, seems well made and the high setting (10) is very warm, even 5-7 are warm enough. I know it's designed for a Q bed but he purchased it to be used as a throw, on the couch, to engulf me in cuddly warmth. No doubt he could have found it cheaper but guys don’t care, they just want the product. LOL.

I love the size. It covers my full size bed perfectly. It warms up so fast!My only issue is the 12 hour shutoff is a long time.

Beautiful soft but so thick I do not need the heater element. Actually, living in the South the blanket is too heavy

My husband and I have had a number of electric blankets over the years. Our problem has been that after about 5 years, they die. So we were yet again in the market. The company from whom we purchased our previous blankets seemed to have died along with our blankets. Therefore, we needed to start at ground zero in purchasing our next set.As always, we were overwhelmed by choices. We finally decided on the Westinghouse for several reasons. First, the blanket was described as being a bit heavier than others (Sunbeam). While we realize this may not please everyone, we prefer a heavier blanket. (We do live in Chicago.) But having said that, I'd like to point out that we don't feel smothered by it. The top of the blanket is lovely and silky smooth. The underneath is sherpa texture which is warm and cozy. Just great.The sides and the foot of the blanket have no wires and are actually made for tucking in should we wish to do so. This is the first time I've seen an electric blanket designed with a tucking in feature included. Nicely done, Westinghouse.Another new feature for us is that you can set the controls to turn off at a specific number of hours. For instance, I usually want a warm bed to get into but then it gets too warm during the night. With this blanket, I am able to set the controls so that the blanket goes off after, say, 4 hours rather than my actually having to turn it off in the middle of the night. Of course should I want it to stay on during the entire 10 hour cycle, I can set it at that too.Some have criticized the controls as being a bit too bright and you have to get used to where the buttons on the controls are. These are small and temporary inconveniences. One adjusts quickly.Although we have queen-sized beds, we purchased king-sized blankets because we like the extra drape. As I said initially, this is the best electric blanket we've owned after many years of using them. Go for it!

Beautiful color. Soft, heats quickly and I like the temperature controls..I would definitely recommend this product.

Loved this blanket but sadly got to use less than a month before one side threw an error code “F†and stopped responding. One controller only shows F and is nonresponsive. I am returning this expensive blanket. Pros: soft, comfortable, heats fast, great size for my queen size bed, gorgeous color, loved the temp controls and timer.3/1/25:Update: a new controller was express shipped to me after intervention from Seller SEDONA HOUSE & WESTINGHOUSE and resolved the problem! I was set to return before contact from seller whose customer service was one of the best engagements I’ve experienced in any industry in a long time. The company was always empathetic, action-oriented, professional, polite, and diligent in following up with me. They led me through troubleshooting to quickly identify the issue, set delivery expectations and provided a tracking number for my convenience. They followed the issue from beginning to end. Will check back in 30 days to upgrade stars if everything is still working perfectly.

Works as expected. Does require two 120v recepticals. LED that displays heat setting is large to see but much to bright for my likings if you like a dark room to sleep. Be nice if setting dimmable or LED only turned on while setting.

I received my blanket on the 4th of January 2022. On the 6th of February 2022, the blanket wouldn't heat anymore. Very disappointed for the price I paid. I've wrote too the seller today to be reimbursed or to have another one not defective delivered to me. I'm waiting for is response.
