i purchased two chairs and i am very pleased with them so far. They arrived on time and the instructions were easy to follow and included a well marked package of hardware and tools. My husband put them together and he had no issues whatsoever. They look great and feel very sturdy.

Recently purchased the WestinTrends Adirondack Chair. Pretty simple to put it together with the included instructions and tools. And while the chair feels very comfortable and solid and should last a long time in the Texas heat, I am more impressed with their customer service. I had a minor issue with one nut and bolt. It jammed before getting fully tightened. It happens sometimes… Impossible to tighten – impossible to remove… Customer Service not only Fedex’d a new hardware set to me, but when Fedex misplaced it, they quickly send a replacement. Cut off the old bolt. New one in. Chairs solid. And I’ll always stick with companies that have this type of quality customer service. Two thumbs up.

I ordered 2 chairs for my fire pit area. Love the bright color and the chairs are heavy duty. I guess I thought because the chairs folded they would be fully assembled, but some assembly was required. I had a couple of issues putting them together. The pieces are labeled alphabetically and Part 1 of the instructions matched part C left leg to part E left arm - part B right leg to part D right arm. When I tried to attach the arms to the backrest the bolt wouldn’t reach due to design width. Parts need to be relabeled to correspond with instructions. Also, one of the bolts was stripped so I couldn’t fully tighten it down. Aside from that assembly was relatively easy, and I’m pleased with my purchase.

Great looking chairs, very well made, and easy to assemble. I like being able to fold the chairs for storage.

This is a great outdoor chair! Looks like it will last for a very long time. Heavy duty and beautiful, easy to fold up
