I use this on siding, especially on surfaces that don't get a lot of sun. Keeps them looking clean. I apply this diluted as the instructions say, with a sponge, and just let it dry on its own, no need for any extra work. This product also works on a concrete driveway and concrete steps, to keep these surfaces looking like they did originally. Really good stuff. On concrete, it works over time. Just let it do its thing.

Our weather stained roof and pool patio area has been totally cleaned. You do have to wait a few days to get the full effect of the product. Highly recommended!

My husband especially really likes this product! You do just what it says wet it and forget it! He uses this on our dock, metal roof, the cement driveway. It really is a great product and makes his life a lot easier!!

I have a brick patio that, if not treated, will grow a very thick coat of slippery algae and moss. Over the last few years, I've been treating my patio with Wet and Forget. It is very effective at getting rid of the moss over time. It works!

I use this on my concrete driveway and walkways in Florida, where mold is a constant problem. Concrete turns black and pressure washing is a major industry. My neighbors have to pressure wash annually but I can go three years before I start seeing traces of mold. If you have a heavy buildup of mold/algae, I would advise you clean it before applying Wet and Forget. The manufacturer says it will clean the accumulated mold but I would rather start clean and stay clean.

I spray this on my summer house before I leave for the winter. The house always looks great in the spring. No green or black mold!

I've used Wet and Forget for years, I'm happy with the product. You get long-term results not instantaneous results.
