This stuff goes on quickly and easily, and way less work than pressure washing - but with equal results, if not better for mold and mildew. Plus, there's far less chance of damaging anything with this stuff (if you've ever accidentally gotten a little too ambitious with a pressure washer, you know what I mean). There are only two things to know when using the product: (1) Read and follow the directions, including the best weather conditions to apply it (not hard - just good to know - so read them), and (2) you want to exercise just a little patience to wait for it to do its job. You may see some immediate results within the first day or two, but the real results come over a period of 2-6 weeks. It's hard to imagine, but one day you will walk out, look at the area you've treated, and realize what a difference it's made.Don't try to skimp - one bottle covers about 2000 sq. ft. of surface area. For EXAMPLE, if you are treating a small ranch house that is two stories tall all around (about 20 feet tall), 60 feet long, and 30 feet deep, that would be: long sides = 60 x 20 = 1200... x2 (front/back) = 2400; short sides = 30 x 20 = 600... x2 (left/right) = 1200... total area = 2400 + 1200 = 3600 sq. ft. This example would require just 2 bottles. (Do a similar calculation for roof area if you need to treat your roof.) If you have really, really stubborn and/or old mold/mildew stains, plan on a second application 6-8 weeks down the road.Bottom line: Great stuff.

It will take a while, but it seems good so far.

I've used this stuff several times on the roof shingles, driveway and pool screened enclosure. NO bleach. It takes its time to work, as the instructions clearly state. Light mold can be gone in a day or so, heavy stuff on the roof shingles weeks. One day you look up and the mold and dirt are gone! A bit on the expensive side, but it does not ruin things like bleach does.

Easy to use. So much better than pressure washing. We did pressure wash out concrete parking pad, but stubborn areas remained under a huge oak. Sprayed this and saw immediate improvement which improves over time. Plan is to just respray when needed and stop the pressure washing!

The end of hose sprayer is easy to use, however the coverage is somewhat less than advertised. It seems to put a lot of solution down. The smell is rather strong for a few days. I believe I will go back to the original solution in a pump strayer.

Works great reaching a 2nd story level chimney. Use Wet It and Forget It often and tried the hose attached bottle for extreme reach. Product works over time but can see improvement on stucco from application 3 days ago. Used most of the bottle but soaked the extreme mold and soot heavily.

My Florida roof mildews over time and turns black. This product clean most of the mildew off but i had to have someone powerwash to get the concrete whiter. My concrete patio was turning green from gecko poop and this stuff removed all stains. Very happy with product and will continue to apply.
