Got these for my son who stands in water when duck hunting. He says they kept his feet dry and were warm. He wants to get his Dad a pair so I would say they worked perfectly.

Really liked the idea...execution needs work. With neoprene you really need to pay attention to detail. The seams were stitched, so when I put them on...I heard the stitching pop from the neoprene. Definitely a quality issue.
