We finally figured out why the batteries weren’t keeping their charge. after calling around and pricing the item we needed. told four different prices to actually find the actual product (same item number and exact layout as the one that we took off) $200.00 cheaper than the lowest price quoted. now the batteries are keeping charge and the rv is working great. this product is perfect. The installation was easy, fits just perfectly and it is just as durable as the original when it was new

The power inverter was a direct replacement for the original. It wired right uo easily and works great. 30 minute install.

Easy to install. 5 wires, three are easy to disconne, two need to be clipped, wire nut, and tapped. You will need a large wire nut because of the gage of the wire. The fan is a little louder than the original.

Installed today. Easy to install and works as expected. Wish they were smart enough to use a fan that was not so loud. If I had known, I would have purchased one elsewhere.

I needed to replace the power converter in my living quarters horse trailer. I called the manufacturer and found they were twice the price. I purchased this unit, and the installation was very easy and the color-illustrated instructions were very detailed. The installation took less than 20 minutes. The fan is a little louder than the original but not horrible. My next step is to replace the batteries on the trailer since they are 4 years old. That might have an effect on how long and hard the unit runs.

Product description says the cooling fan is silent. Well, it is not. It is very loud and now that my batteries are charged, it surges constantly. It sounds like the fan is responding to the trickle charger and pulses every time it sends a pulse to the batteries. VERY ANNOYING. Just sent an email to Suplife, the only way to contact the seller, we'll see if I get a response.

This is a well made product. We bought it to replace our burnt out power convertor in our 2021 Heartland Mallard 251BH Travel Trailer. It fit perfectly and was easy to install. The instruction manuel that comes with this product is very thorough and easy to understand. It made the replacement so much easier to do by ourselves. The shipping did take a week, but we saved hundreds of dollars by waiting that week. The RV shop near us wanted $350 for this exact same product and that price does not include them putting it in either. Thank you for providing a quality and affordable product with thorough instructions for installation.
