Item arrived in a timely manner, external finish and quality appeared to be in good order however both draw bar and retaining bolt threads were not machined concentric with body making it near impossible to tighten the draw bar and or retain the cutter securely.Due to time constraints returning the item was not an option and I had no alternative but to re-machine and screw cut both threaded ends.The item has been put to good use since.

The r8 arbor fit my widia 2 in. face mill cutter perfectly. The 3/8-24 allen cap screw that came with the cutter fit perfectly.However………. the 7/16-20 threaded hole on the other end is not perpendicular to the arbor.When I put it up into the Bridgeport spindle the drawbar started to bind. I ran a tap in and out of it a dozen times to make the threads oversized. It is usable. You just need a wrench to finish tightening the drawbar.It is usable.The taper on the arbor seems okay.

DOSEN'T FIT INTO THE SPINDLE OF A BRIDGEPORT MILLING MACHINE. ONLY ALLOWS 3 TURNS OF THREAD ON DRAW BAR. TAPER IS TOO BIG

Fit both the mill and the shell end mill without issue. I didn't measure the run-out but the shell end mill produced a great cut and could hear all the teath hitting equally so it must be very close or I would have heard it.
