Hubby and I love this toaster. Bread and English muffins for me and frozen waffles for him. They come out perfect every time!

Such a fun appliance. All the cute lights and easy directions and precise browning of every bread possible. Would probably make a fun gift, but I bought it for myself.

I bought this as a gift for my mom and she absolutely loves this. She is in her 70's and vision isn't great, so the visualization and digital console makes it easy to use.Works as expected, only time will tell if this is a lasting toaster. The price I paid was just right--it was on sale.

I like the functions, style & simplicity of this touch screen toaster. So far so good it works really well. When I received my package I was very excited to read on the box that it had as 1 of the features “VOICE ALERT”. I couldn’t find how to activate the sound of a VOICE & didn’t see in the manual book where there was a VOICE ALERT. I understood that it had instructions about a beeping sound in the manual book but nothing that said VOICE ALERT. So I reached out to the company & sent pictures as proof. I will be updating my review to share the same pic’s. For some reason it wasn’t allowing me to add more photos while writing this review 🤔. I asked how to activate the VOICE ALERT & she said there is no voice alert, just a “BEEP” sound. I did make a suggestion about maybe changing the word VOICE to BEEP. As this can be misleading & disappointing to customers as I was when I discovered that it had no VOICE ALERT but only a BEEP sound. I also asked about the warranty because there is nothing in the manual or on the box that says it has one. She told me that it has a one year warranty on it. I was happy to hear that. The person that responded back to me seemed to be nice. Her name is BELLA. I wasn’t offered anything for the misleading info but an apology. And that’s fine. But as I told her that I would write a review on Amazon comment, well here it is! My experience with this product was satisfactory overall so far except for those 2 things. But before I close this review I just have 1 more suggestion, I suggest the price not be marked back up to $200.00 for this toaster. As I have just discovered that there are other toaster’s out there that has these functions & with VOICE/WIFI that cost $200.00. They have visual warranty. Also if for any reason customer is dissatisfied money back guaranteed! They have extra features like different attachments that you can use as a bonus that comes with it. In my opinion that’s worth $200.00 and with accurate information about the product. I hope this review helps with Amazon shoppers like me to have a better experience with your shopping. You got a perfect toast and it's not dry

Looks great, good size, not too big. You have to hold the far end slightly to press the toast lever down but this is common and not a problem.
