I have confidence in this product and company. I have not yet tasted this sugar, but I love the fact that it's packed well and wrapped in mylar. The bucket is very hardy as well. The product was delivered quickly, and I will most likely order from Wheatland again.

I admit the container was difficult to open and contents seem well sealed inside the bucket and inside the packaging itself. The weight is spot on and only 1 pound more with container. I will update once I use the product.
