The connection sleeve allows it fold and reduce air flow. There should be a rigid 4" hose connection for the exhaust fan. Nice size perfect for my needs and I will be modifying the exhaust to a proper set up.

This is a nice little paint tent. Setup is quick & super simple by following the included easy-to-read instructions. The oxford cloth is thin, but seems quite durable & all seems are sewn well. The filtered vent in the back is great & something not mentioned in the product pics or description is that there’s a 4†fabric collar on the outside of that filter vent area so you can attach it to a ventilation pipe if have one. That was a very pleasant surprise!Another pleasant surprise is that a sturdy black storage bag is also included. Has 2 velcro’d slots - I put the poles, & straight connectors in one side & the tent, corner connectors & spare filters in the other. It’s a little tight, but it’s the only way I could get it all to fit in there.All in all, this is a great little setup to be able to spray your smaller projects & making much less of a mess. I’m really happy with it & definitely can recommend it.
