Instructions not very clear. Happy it was a replacement window AC. Must say very impressed with how quiet the unit is. Auto louvers work well. Let’s see how it works cooling off the room

This is the second AC I received. Looks like a good unit. The first was damaged and broken so I returned it and ordered a replacement. The replacement is also damaged, I will take it apart soon to see if anything is broken inside. I suspect that damages come from shipment because it is heavy for one person. This unit was on its side with a broken strap when it was delivered. I found more damage, looks like box was dropped multiple times. I will have to return this one also.
