Purchased in June, installed by contractor in early August.Three days after install the bluetooth/fm radio made a loud buzzing noise, and now the sound is completely garbled.Contacted seller, he refused to help, telling me that I broke it and that it doesn't have bluetooth. (It does have bluetooth, but the FM radio is garbled too).Contacted Amazon, they were ultimately no help. Seller ignored their two requests to send a replacement part, and they would not pursue any further action afterward.Now it's early October, and the four-way valve that sends water to the rainfall shower head, the handheld shower head, the back massage and the foot massage failed. I have water coming out of the valve behind my shower, into the wall and flooring.I tried to contact Simbashopping USA one more time, but the seller simply said "Please stop black mail us sir" because of my poor review, and wouldn't help. They do not honor their alleged "two-year warranty," which is worthless. See reviews about Simba Shopping USA at the Better Business Bureau...Marco, the seller's game is that he requires his customers to pay for return shipping of the junk he sells in the original packaging, which costs thousands of dollars. People can't afford to keep throwing good money after bad, and he knows this. So he'll handle any complaints by offering an unaffordable return, which seems to satisfy Amazon. It's a scam.Beware this product, and the seller.Update: Now it's February 2023, and the part that holds the shower head to the bar has broken off. It's made of cheap plastic with chrome paint on it.The seller, Marco, is absolutely no help, and will not honor his alleged warranty.DOES ANYONE KNOW WHERE I CAN BUY REPLACEMENT PARTS FOR THIS UNIT???UPDATE March 2023:Had to unplug the speaker altogether, as it began making a constant whining noise even with the control panel turned off. The lights in the tub/shower combo no longer turn on.
