Update to my update!So wonderful customer service. They reached out to replace and refund my product. In doing so it seems I ordered a product for a lift mixer not a flip mixer. Regardless they sent the right one and it appears to have a product upgrade and it was a good one bc the new and improved product was amazing. Made whipped cream today it not only wiped the mixer head, it also acted as aShield to splatters. I give this and 10/10 and would highly recommend!Update to my review. So yes this broke and that was sad and frustrating bc I was excited about it. However this company stands by their product. I was contacted and offered a refund and replaced. They spoke to me and learned more about the situation. They were kind and considerate and it was an actual human not computer. That means a lot and I definitely want to support this company.This broke when I tried to use it. Didn’t even get to use it so not sure how it would work if I had gotten it on

I make a lot of things in my mixer. The problem is that a spatula can only clean so much. You place this on your wisk attachment and make whatever you want. When it comes time to scrape the bowl and wisk, you just slide it down the wisk and everything comes off in one try. This cuts waste and makes clean up a breeze.

Got as a gift and am just thrilled I got it. Works good. No problem attaching it. Love the color to. I got a purple and was told the had different colors. Easy to store as it is flat, it goes right in the pocket of my mixer cover. Great gift!

This little gadget eliminates having your batter fly all over the kitchen when you raise the beaters. I highly recommend it.

It seems more of a hassle to use than not. I’m not saying it’s bad, I’m just not sure it’s for me. I think it’s more of a hassle to use than not using it.. I’m not saying it’s bad, it’s rather clever…just not for me. I have a crank up kitchen aid mixer, not the tilt head mixer, so it’s hard for me to access this disc on the beater.

Need to return it doesn’t fit my whisk . I ordered the one it said for my size but didn’t work. It’s a good quality product and I am sure it would have been fantastic to use.

This says it’s for my mixer have the same amount of wires and used the right side and it still managed to damage my mixers whisk and bent a set of wires down. I got a refund but now my whisks wire is mis-shaped - it’s too stiff and is more trouble than just tapping and rinsing batter away. Truuuuuuuuhhhhst me - it needs to be modified because the product idea is great but it’s not there yet

The item showed up with cracks in the plastic shown in the picture is the worst of them.Looking at the other ones they would probably gotten like this after only a few uses.Not happy at all!
