So the function? Perfect. It works WONDERFULLY. However, it's a bit on the ugly side. THe box *looks* cheap even though it *feels* like it's quality. To be honest, I plan to sand it down and stain it/paint it haha.

This entire kit is perfect for smoking any mix drink! I mean all honesty if you really wanted to you could possible cold smoke cheeses too in this(I have not tested this so don't take my word for it) The enclosure really holds the smoke allowing it to fuse into your beverage making that nice smokey aroma! I am really pleased to own this and if you're in the marked for a smoker kit, this is the one you want!

This is a very nice smoker kit, which I use for small batches of sharp cheddar. It doesn't take long to get the cheese nice and smokey either. Next project will be smoking almonds, cashews, and pistachios.The only thing that i don't like about this kit, is the smoker guns battery compartment. Getting the cover off and back on is a pain. Some room for improvement on the battery compartment closure.I recommend this smoker kit.

The box comes with detailed instructions, a box to store any parts or pieces, and everything you need to get started right away, including several boxes of wood chips. Other smokers only allow you to process one individual glass at a time, for example. But this box will smoke whatever you put in it. The box and wooden insert tray are both very well made, and you can tell this kit was designed by someone who enjoys the process, in a way that I have always enjoyed roasting coffee beans, and trying out all different flavors and taste. I highly recommend this kit, and am thrilled to have an opportunity to learn more about the smoking process in the coming days.

This is a well-made smoker kit with a quality torch and smoking gun. While I don’t drink and haven’t used it for cocktails, it’s perfect for smoking foods like salmon before cooking.
