Postponement of the Kentucky Derby or not, it wouldn't be the first Saturday in May without a Mint Julep. I usually make my Mint Julep syrup from scratch, but given social distancing, I decided to order some this year. I was quite pleased with the Mint Julep syrup from White's Elixirs and highly recommend it. Perfect amount of sweetness and mint to go with the bourbon.As a side note, the owner was friendly and fast in shipping my order. I received it within days of ordering (and well ahead of the day that Amazon said it would arrive).I've ordered some of his other mixes (Mojito, Margarita, etc.) and look forward to trying them as well. Cheers!
