Awesome tool, exactly what I needed, with the bonus of being U.S. made. My issue is with whoever at Amazon applied an inventory control label directly to the tool handle. This label peels off easily, however, the glue remains on the handle. Requires goo-gone to remove. Recommend Amazon folks do whatever it takes to remedy the glue on the handle issue. Five star rating applies to the tool, not so much for Amazon's inventory control labeling.

Ruined many needle nose pliers trying to extract stubborn larger cotter keys in tie rods and ball joints before I bought these. As with all Wilde tools, old school made in USA quality. I am a fan of the great handle design, the same as that used on Wilde's gasket scrapers. I find that the textured, slightly larger handle design makes the tool easier to firmly grip, especially with gloves.

There is nothing special or even noteworthy about the tool. It is an extremely basic item but if you need to remove large cotter pins or even circlips this is a very handy tool. It arrived on time, in perfect shape as well as exactly as described. I would buy again except I figure this tool will likely outlast me.

Great for removing coolant pipes that have sealed up. Help with removing large trim clips etc.

Different handle material to that pictured. However probably stronger and more impact resistant.A really quality tool that is great for removing cotter/spilt pins that are hard to access.
