Having replaced my tuners with this Wilkinson set I can tell you this is one good update. I can bend strings like BB King and stay in perfect tune, yes even on the dreaded G strings. Will update all my guitars with these runners.

I purchased these on 6/29/2023 and thought they were pretty solid…at first. As of today, 8/20/2023, I have had 2 of the tuners fail. I can no longer keep them tightened down and that is causing major tuning issues. And, of course, I’ve already passed the 30 day return window so I’m more or less boned here. I’ve always heard good things about Wilkinson products but this was definitely not a good start for me. I bought a Musiclilly set for a different guitar a while back that was about half of the price as the Wilkinson set and those are rock solid. Looks like I might need to pick up another set of those…

These are great. I’ve used them before. However I was sent a package that returned and not checked because I got someone’s used tuners from a totally different brand and weren’t even locking.

For the price, I wasn't expecting much. They do what they're supposed to do but that's it. They are very fairly heavy compare to the Graph Tech Ratio tuners I usually buy so if you have a guitar that tends to neck dive it will likely make it worst. Construction seems sturdy, the 19:1 ratio allows for accurate tuning and they went on without any issues, 15 minutes and it was done. The only real room for improvement I can think of is the finish, the chrome finish is not great, don't expect mirror like reflection and you can clearly see the moulding marks on the tuner buttons where both halves meet. Overall I'm still satisfied especially for the low price.

After buying cheap ones that didn’t stay in tune, i paid more for better quality tuners. In addition, they are locking tuners. These one a very good quality, solid, stable, finish is great. Just be careful the finish is not exactly the same « gold » as the Epiphone Les Paul… but other than that they sre perfect
