I bought it as a gift for a local coffee shop but checked it out before giving it to them. The hands are held stiffly and won’t droop, and the suction cup sticks to glass. It’s clear to read and easy to install by adding the metal hook which connects the clock to the suction cup. The small plastic cup with the suction cup smelled terrible.

1. The suction cup is not reliable - at least not on glass, which should be the "perfect" surface.2. Both hands of the clock drop down from their intended positions - this may work if the intended time to return to business is always 6:30pm...

Bought this for my child to use during creative play - it is holding up and has been a hit one month in! Suction cup seems strong, we use it on a glass window. The hook lets us change the sign face without removing the suction cup. Clock hands are also stable. A few dings in the plastic so far, but nothing major.
