These were my saving grace in those first two months! Breastfeeding is so so so difficult and can be very painful but these really helped relieve some of the pain and helped me to keep going! Would 1000000% recommend to any new moms!!!

I just had my baby three days ago and have been struggling with cracked, sore nipples. I found these and ordered them hoping they would give some relief and they did not!! One side is felt/fuzzy feeling which I thought was weird but still used them. Big mistake! I spread a thin layer of. nipple butter on my skin first and then put these on. At first I liked them but when I went to remove them an hour or two later they were stuck! Painfully stuck. I had to get a q-tip and gently seperate my skin and the pad with more of my nipple butter. Skin ended up ripping off so the the pad, creating more of the problem they were supposed to fix. Needless to say they are in the garbage and will never be spoken of again!

I didn't read the description fully and was expecting mini cool packs you toss in the fridge. These are an adhesive pad thing with chemically cooled setup. They work, but honestly, I'm hesitant to use since it does leave a bit of stuff behind. Easy enough to wipe off, but paranoia says keep as backup thing, for me anyway. Random idea is also to put into first aid kit for instant cold compress.

These come as 3 packs of 2 for a total of 6 pads. I find that they feel cooling for only about the first hour on, though this has also been my experience with other brands of hydrogel nipple pads. I also found them to be a little bit itchy, which might be the lanolin (the other pads I've tried do not have lanolin; I do not have a wool allergy). As with all hydrogel pads and/or products containing lanolin, you need to clean off your breast after removing and before nursing or pumping.Aside from the cooling properties, these are nice to protect sensitive/sore nipples from additional unwanted stimulation or irritation between feeding or pumping sessions. They fit smoothly and are invisible under a bra/clothing.These claim to be reusable for up to 24 hours, but they don't cool after after the first use. I was able to wear it multiple times, but the adhesion got steadily worse and after the third use (6 hours total) I decided it wasn't benefitting me any more.At the current price these aren't a great value since they don't work that well after the first use and you can find other single use hydrogel nipple patches for less.

I really like the price point of this product and really helped in the hard time when they are very very sore. almost like the ones you can homemade but this is cheaper. I'll be buying more thank you!

These nipple pads help to sooth after baby goes through a growth spurt and is nursing more than usual. They are comforting to wear with the cooling effect but they down store easily when you take them off so they are more single use product at least for me and a this price point I'm not sure I would purchase them.

These Willow Cooling Gel Nipple Pads for Breastfeeding are a must have item for any Mama's postpartum/breastfeeding care kit. The gel pads are thin, but squishy and comfortable. They adhere well to the area and stay on (but removal is not at all painful). The cooling sensation is instantly felt upon application but only lasts for a minute. These absolutely help to relieve my sore nipples. These are a lot less messy and sticky than applying cream/lanolin. If you plan to breastfeed or know someone who is, get these ahead of time (and get the big pack!). These give me noticeable relief from soreness and pain after using them for awhile. I keep them on all day and just remove and reapply after each breastfeeding session.

The adhesive used on these could be used to hold a bridge together! The directions say to apply directly, but there is an important step I implore you to do first. Make sure you wet these with some water before applying! This helps make them feel cooler initially, but more importantly it makes the adhesive removable hours later when you want to take these off. They stay cool for about 16 hours, not 24, but they do work pretty well for about a day of feeding if you don't need them on overnight. Be warned that if you don't wet them first you are going to have a bad time when you remove them!
