Connected it to the Wilson 305-700 Aluminum antenna mount , did some adjustments on the SWR's with it hooked up to my new Cobra 29LX and everything works incredible ! I have everything mounted on my dump truck at work . The price is cheaper than what you would pay for at either a truck stop or a radio place for everything .

Works like it should. Near perfect swr without trimming the whip. Be sure to tighten the mast the whip slides into, it came loose after a few days but my fault for not double checking before installing.

It was very easy to install, and it stays good and sturdy no matter how fast your going. Price? It's well worth it. Now I get a clear sound when I'm at construction sites with no problem.🙂

Once I set my swr and get it all set right .I can usually get out about 10 to 20 miles on a good day with this Wilson !!!!!!and on a skip out on the radio waves can even talk further !!!!!

As a truck driver I see these all over the place, but as with anything else they where at least 18.00$ more at the truck stops. These antennas get great reviews all over the web. They work great for me. They only thing that I could complain about was not the antennas but the packaging that Amazon sent them to me. Total waste of space. They sent two antennas in two different boxes, and both boxes where the size of two large suite cases.

This antenna is mirror mounted on my driver's side of a frieghtliner M108 roll back works well with my uniden bearcat 880 I tuned and checked antenna,ground ,and coax with an swr meter and volt meter if you do not do this will not work well there is a correct way to set it up seams to hold up to tree limb whacking it as well

Overall the product looks in fairly good shape but disappointed that it came bent considering it is a new product. The second antena isn’t that bad but the first one was popping right out of the package when we took it out of the box….
