I bought this pan primarily for making pizza. It is very thick and durable, just like other baking pans I've purchased from Wilton. It is not flimsy at all and heats up evenly, a problem I've had with other pans. It is by far much easier to use than a cast iron skillet. I don't understand the allure of cast iron cook wear because it is heavy and difficult to clean and takes a lot of maintenance. This pan has a terrific no-stick surface and gives a nice crisp on pizza. I'm really happy with this purchase. Very much worth the price.
