These were very easy to use, lightweight and my crusts baked very evenly. The nonstick surface was great and I loved the functionality of the removable bottom. It was a little tricky, but easy enough to figure out. Definitely only intended for crusts, as anything else would leak.

I purchased this pan for making a lemon tart, after using a ceramic pie pan several times. Wow, what a difference! This pan yields great results each time. I've had no issues with leaks. The nonstick coating works well and holds up to use and hand washing. I even purchased one for my mother.

Well made, perfect tart pan. The finish is smooth and flawless and it's a nice heavy gauge metal. Can't wait to bake many delicious things in it!

Though I think the pan is a bit thin for quiche (my taste), it can be used for tarts or quiche. The removable bottom makes it easier to cut/serve and allows for a much nicer presentation than traditional pans where the bottom isn't removable. Pan cleans easily, so a good addition for anyone making tarts or quiche.

I bought this on a whim to make a dessert I saw on Instagram - it was a great purchase. Very well priced, washed nicely and, best of all, worked perfectly. I am now trying to come up with more ways to use it. It’s just that good!
