I started baking as a side hustle in the fall. Because, COVID. After fussing with random pans for a while, I decided to buy these in January. I had picked these because they’re a set, have lids, the non-stick looked to be of good quality, and they were the most affordable.And, well, they’re heckin rad.I have some comments on the reviews others have left. Without sounding like a know it all, some people leave reviews too early, or they simply buy something and don’t know what they’re doing.1) Aluminum pans always bake things differently than glass or silicone. It heats up faster and can brown things quicker. It’s a differential in the chemical process, and switching to an aluminum pan because it’s cheap on Amazon will change your bakes. A dark aluminum pan is different than a light aluminum pan, too. A simple google search will tell you how to adjust for what you’re baking in different styles of pans.2) The little lip edge that someone commented on exists on most cooking pans that are metal. I worked in kitchens for over a decade as both a cook, baker, & dishwasher. They need bent and shaped when they’re made, and they are not going to be smooth like glass. Food won’t get stuck in it if you clean up your spilled batter before it goes in the oven, and then give it a quick soak in some hot water to clean the pan thoroughly. Like all non-stick, do not use steel wool or anything harsher than a scrubby sponge.3) This ties into the last comment. Use parchment paper with any kind of bake you are doing. Nonstick pans last much longer and are effortless to clean when taken care of. If you want to cut something but also store it in the pan with the lids, lift the bake (usually fudgy brownies for me) out of the pan with the parchment, cut it up while leaving the parchment underneath, and then lift it up by the paper sides to put it back in the pan. Keep knives or sharp spatulas away and these will last a long, long time. Again, a quick google search about parchment will show you the best technique for what you are baking.4) They’re non stick but they are NOT silicone. If you want that much ease in clean up, I suggest you switch and make sure you are buying food-safe quality silicone.The lids have kept my stuff from getting stale after almost a week & the pans stack nicely for transport in my thermal bags. These are superb quality & I’ll be buying some more to gift to my friends for their birthdays this year!

I bought these to replace 1 ancient (50 year old) pan. I liked the thought of 2 pans so I could make square layer cakes that travel, cut, and store easier than round. WOW! I'll never buy or gift another brand ever again. I've only been using these for 2 months, so I wouldn't trust a 5-star durability rating myself, but you can for this product. They have gotten a lot of use and still look and feel brand new. I've baked cakes, casseroles and every gooey, sticky, staining thing you can imagine. Clean up with a damp paper towel is all I'd need, if I weren't a clean freak - so I use soap and water after the damp paper towel. Even the lids are amazing. The elevated design is brilliant - plenty of room for decoration and space that ensures the contents don't end up stuck to the lid. And these lids fit tightly. The heavy duty plastic will still stay on and provide airtight storage for years to come. I honestly can't think of a single thing I would change. I wholeheartedly recommend these pans!

Where to start?! Firstly, I love Wilton bakeware. They've never let me down yet. And these square pans are no exception. They're well made. Totally nonstick. Easy to clean, I've never had to rely on 'elbow grease' to clean them. They resist most stains, age and use will eventually discolor all metal bakeware, but these stand up and take quite awhile. Also, they don't rust like other metal bakeware can. They distribute heat evenly, so food cooks more thoroughly. And these have wonderful snap on lids that are sturdy and easy to use. No thin, flimsy plastic lids here! Like I said, you can't go wrong with Wilton! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. It's the only brand of metal bakeware I buy.

What do you get when you put a square baking pan which is perfect for brownies and cornbread with a bonus lid? This great Wilton baking pan. It’s a nice weight pan and is non-stick. The cover is a heavy plastic keeping a good seal to lock in the freshness and makes it easy for travel.

I have used this pan several times and it does not stick. Washes easily too. It's made well and the lid is a bonus. It's a little heavier than it looks which means it should last longer. Pricing is comparable to other pans like it. The color isn't all that important to me. I'm happy with this product. I recommend it.

Everything about these pans is great. The non-stick is great and is thick and perfectly smooth. The sides are nice and high. Even the lid is a heavy plastic that has clips that make is easy to put on and remove but keeps the lid on tight. I doubt the lid is waterproof, but it definitely stopped my brownies from getting stale.
